People should not have families, they should be available for them all the time even after extended work hours we should not deny that we cannot work. We should always be like Command my king and I rest my time for you. There should be no personal life and we should always obey and work for them. For the first time I thought being male is somewhat good. The organization is around 70% female which I appreciate but they have whole another level of dominance, Here the saying of Woman is women's biggest enemy has come true. If you are male you would be surprised by silly and irrelevant explanations or excuses by the management to ask you to work.
