The company culture and environment is good to work. Yes, some technologies are outdated but the new products are picking up with latest technologies. I was under development team for product OBDX and learned a lot technically. Flexible timings. Onsite opportunities if you put in those hard steps and take ownership of modules. Salary increments and promotions are difficult as compared to other companies in same league (I am generalising this, for me it was good..It mostly depends on which team you work and how much dependency you have created). There is some company politics and too some extent favouritism like in any other company (but again this depends on team that you would work for).

It is a pretty chill company with good people, managers and colleagues who are all friendly. Work pressure is not so much and you can easily retire here, job security as I have heard is pretty good and hence you will see many senior employees.

Dislikes

You may be put on legacy software development like PL/SQL, SVN which is still used. I have heard of dry promotions with no hikes, missed bonuses. Developers have less growth here, though there are a few teams that are now moving into new tech of java/spring with git but that is luck-based, consultants still have better growth and timely bonuses compared to devs.
