1. No appraisal at all, we waited for more than 2.5 years for an appraisal and received only a 4% hike, which amounts to 2% per year 2. Even if you perform well, you may not receive a salary increase 3. Variable pay is low, ranging from 40 - 60% 4. Lack of communication with the line manager, as your project manager and line manager may be different

I have been working here for more than 2 years now. One this I can say about this company confidently is that you will not be fired even if you mess up big time. Job security is the one and only great thing in this company. During your initial phase, you'll get to learn about how a big organization of this scale works and handle its business efficiently.

Dislikes

There is not much growth here in terms of technological and financial aspects. There is no certainty about the hikes and appraisals. The tech used is very old and you'll lack behind a lot compared to the other peers of your edge working in cutting-edge startups. Another big issue is the workload distribution by seniors(some guys work day and night while some don't work at all).
