Everything. They make you work for long hours, on weekends and even at odd shifts but don't even bother appreciate your efforts. There is a lot of micro-management and the HR is of no help at all. However good the offer may be, do not consider it if you prioritise your mental health and wellbeing.

Worst work culture ever. People are dumb and rude. Manager was toxic and mad. I didn’t got early release at any cost while I was in notice period. Would not recommend anyone to join there. They will micromanage, and talk rudely.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
