Compensation can be improved(especially for interns), internship process can be improved by having teams decide much ahead on what the intern will work on. The increments of single-digit are not optimal to keep top talent for long. Some products lack clear vision and many are sunsetting. Career growth is slow. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
