I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. The Transport department and the way things are handled is terrible. Everyone is on the ego trip. It would only be a good company only if you are a sdm and above. Rest are used as pawns by the same people. And they would make sure that their instrests remain protected by any means possible. They pretend to care for people, while it's opposite.
