Big big issue is next project finding. They do interview make offer and project starts. But if project over they will send you out. No job safety at all. Many in my project team asked to leave company last few days. I started job searching but I also got exit notice in October. Also no leave encashment. They won't allow leave now in notice also. Leaves are wasted. So finally losing job and no leave payment also. Poor job experience here....Read More

They pay starting good salary. Then no improvement. It can be negative also.

All other things. Once put in client site they wont meet you at all. They will help when we ask any admin information like leave balance, HR team, submit proof, salary slip and all. But when you ask project related help the account manager wont help at all. They wont provide training. E xpect us to pay by ourself. Manager wont connect me to any technical team. They keep on saying they have practice team, coe team and all. But no help come to employee. Once I reach someone in practice. They say I dont have enough experience asked me to learn and come back something in testing then ask the question again to them. For this I will study all this myself. Joined in Pune last year 2022 beginning. They have a very small 10 people office inn kharadi. I was in project client site. Any thing to ask the company, HR peoples answered well. Pune Account manager team was not responsive. Salary doubt and all HR and Finance will answer. but project difficulty, another project discussion and all no one was able to help me. Client told contract is over. Immediately company also gave termination notice to me. When I ask another project they say they have no other project. I was ready to relocate. Then also they said no project. It is a big shock to me. We came for long term jobs to this company but they throw us out when project over. In Pune they have a small set up and just using people then throwing when time comes. Very bad experience....Read More

I liked all of it about 1 year ago. Company people was friendly. Company Growing. Training opportunity was there. People treated well. All that changed in 2023 dont know what happened

They have a very bossy nature. People are treated like shit. Management create strong border between people saying one level should not talk to another level except for work reasons. So very hieracrchical. And this is a small company in India. Very small company may be 1500 people. Now company is becoming even small . I cant name peo ple who are doing this. I like the joining salary they give good. Working on client project decent work life balance they have. Becos of client project work satisfaction also there as good skills needed to do. But Salary increments are very poor compared to other consultancy companies.

No communication from the payroll company after project start. No training programs given by company. If you ask means they will tell pay you yourself. They say they have lot of clients but no project done by them. They just put people. SO when you ask new project they may or may not keep you. Depends on immediate project. Else they will direct fire. I have been asked to submit resignation and leave as my project get over next month. They dont ask to client about work, They give any rating they want randomly. Client said clearly I am best in team from the company. But they put average rating and almost zero hike. I cannot buy even one way petrol for bike with the increment. The hike is not there at all. When asked they silence us saying some reason. Now my client budget not there after june month. I am given notice by the company to exit. Just like that. Ask me to resign and go. They say if I dont resign then they will give termination letter. Very bad. No project means they send out. I hated all except the above. Poor support from seniors in company. I am a data developer. I was hired for client site project. when client said project over they asked me to resign and leave job. I went and spoke to my account manager. she did not help. I asked can i speak to data skill seniors in company. There is no one in the co mpany like that it seems. In between they called many of us some months back and said there is a data practice we are part of that and they will give growth path. They said we will all be asked to do poc for many clients and interviews and all when needed. Now when I ask account manager she says no one seniors like that. It used to be account wise operating company which was good. But of late has gotten bad with no one taking responsibility from management. Unable to get any response and always being turned to someone to get any update. But very matured body shopping organization. Good pay when you join. No questions on this.

The career path I have in last 2 years is so topsy turvy. I have had 7 Managers in the last 20 months. This is not an exaggeration. There is so much churn in the company I am afraid the non billing people (in a nice way, Overheads) churn out every few months which is a bad average in my experience. I am in a billing role but with th e kind of firing I see everyday here for people released from my account itself, I have started looking out already. There is no one to follow up any request you give. You follow up and find a new person has taken the role. Then you explain them full thing again. With so poor increments and lack of clarity after nearly 2 years my entire team (14 of us in billing role) will leave in the next few days. When we approached HR team we got a vague response that this is the best we can do just parroting same thing. It is clear they just repeat what their leaders taught them to say. Lost all faith in the company the entire team is frustratedd and vexed and will leave soon. My 2 paisa is you do not invest your time or your career in the company. It is not at all worth it.
