They have free biscuits (few hrs in a day that too) in Chennai office. Thats theone I like.

I am working here for 6 months. I had good experience onboarding to company. The project itself is easy but client is very demadening. Everything to be delivery by end of the week. Else they will crush us on Sat and Sunday to deliver by weekend. But no feedback will come until wednesday or thursday, No respect for people time at all. Then when that feedback come we will busy with next week and all work will come together. no planning. randomly they will plan for live activity. Company peoples are aksing me to put online review many time so today I decided to write. I also got hint from other people that company will lay off many people in my project because client say so. Now many of my team is searching job. I am also exited from project next month as I said we cannot deliver by Nov 2023. Now they remove me and 2 more in another team and think they can deliver in 2-3 months. bad thing they are doing. told them nicely we will complete the project but i cannot understand any logics by the company both the client company and optimum company. They offer good salary but there is so much questions about future. I joined in Dec 2021. I was put in a client project. Once they put in client project they wont meet us. So hard to reach anyone in company for payslip doubt insurance doubt. Account Manager was not of help. HR we are able to reach. They also do calls ebery month. problem started this year. No hike came (rs 9000 annual hike for 15 lac salary level). When ask they said company did not make profits so we are giving less hike. They keep on saying many people in company got zero hike but I got some some hike. In appraisal client rated me the best still no hike. Now my project is getting over and company said me to exit same date in october when client is releasing me from project. I myself then asked client for extending, they say they cannot do extending for optimum company resources as we are no more vendor here. I ask manager if they know it before. They said yes, They know this for long time but did not work to look for another project for me. They kept billing and now fired me. Now I am rushing to find a job. Most unprofessional way of working in the company

I just joined this company 4 months back after actually 5 interviews including client interviews. I had 2 other offers but I chose this company for few reasons. Pay was better. They say they work for many clients in chennai. I like the office floor and assumed this is large company. The client is CTOS a Malaysia company. The client has no idea how to do projects. They will always start with go live date in mind and crunch project timelines. They will say get more people but as we software people know we cannot deliver soon all time with many people. Now the project is not moving and client team to save them has said the delay is because of me and just dumped me. Now the truth is known. This company has given date for me to be sent out. When I ask other project they say there is no other project. I fully got cheated with the office looking nice and all. Dont believe it. Very UNPROFESSIONAL company. Take from me. 1 year later also none of the large project will be delivered as problem is not people and the work approach only. I worked for 8 months with a client called CTOS for Optimum infosystem. The initial working and team bonding was all great. However whenever we ask any questions that puts the client uncomfortable they will start raising lower critical items like come to work daily, attend all calls from office like that. Things will be good for another 1 or 2 weeks and again the cycle will repeat. My payroll company optimum has no one who understands this working. Any problem raised by client means they will not defend us they will just go with what client says. Now the client is releasing people left right and middle. They hold up to their commitment. When I joined optimum infosystem, they told me about the onsite opportunities in Optimum and they promised me that after an year or so they will offer me an onsite opportunities as committed after an year when I got release from my current assignment, my reporting manager contacted me without me having to reach out to them and inquiring about next step. Right when he contacted, he inquired if i am still interested in onsite opportunity which they committed during boarding time.
