Got a good offer. With a new life in mind I joined last year, Now my project is over and I am given notice to exit. HR spoke to me to resign and leave. Very shouting type she spoke. She said take it or leave it. We will else terminate you. Very unprofessional. Not seen such low grade people in my career of more than 11 years. The firing person said this is what they asked to convey. When I said I need to talk to my manager in system the firing person said this is instruction they got from management and i can go and complain whatever I want. Is this how you treat employee. The chennai office is nice. Sea view seat are great. Biscuits and snacks are there but limited time. Thing is coffee tea limited hours only. Never seen in any office like this. Apart from this NOTHING.

Dislikes

Project lining up is not proper. They layoff people saying there are no opportunities for you. While I am in billing role to client the company other employees tell me there is plan to not hire women for non billing roles as they dont want to pay Maternity leave benefits. Also for IT and Non IT this company has different notice periods. I referred my colleague in Non IT role last year and when her project is over she got short notice to leave company. When my project is over they gave long notice to exit. They exit anyone whose project is over. But different people different policy I have not seen. Don't waste your time like this type of traps. Very unfriendly company. Got laid off because client released from project. They promise many projects before joining now have nothing. This company also have different notice period for IT people and Non IT people. That I came to know recently. I referred R**** L** few months back. He was fired from Non IT project few weeks back but when they gave me firing mine is longer notice period as I am IT. Also with one phone call they will throw you out. No place to complain also. I hated all except the above. Poor support from seniors in company. I am a data developer. I was hired for client site project. when client said project over they asked me to resign and leave job. I went and spoke to my account manager. she did not help. I asked can i speak to data skill seniors in company. There is no one in the company like that it seems. In between they called many of us some months back and said there is a data practice we are part of that and they will give growth path. They said we will all be asked to do poc for many clients and interviews and all when needed. Now when I ask account manager she says no one seniors like that. The company induction team PMO was very friendly. Took care of initial days and keeps talking every few weeks to find how what work I am doing in client site. That is only connection to company. Else just get salary end of month. No other connection to parent company. Just put in client site thats all. They forget us.

When I joined it was good. I asked my manager for some training reimbursement. He rudely said they will not reimburse just do your work. Then when I asked to do some certification they said do on my own cost. When I asked if my project will extend or I should see another project he said he will take care. I kept on asking and did not get a response. Then few days back client said project over. Thats all. I immediately got exit notice. They ask me to resign saying I want to leave. I refused. They itself sent a mail exit in 30 days. How much long I worked for them. They say they have bench policy when hiring. Now their bench policy is zero days bench. very rough dealing HR team, Just take phone and say people are fired. I asked for another project, Manager told my skill is not regular skill they use in other account they will fire me. That means they hire when they need then immediately fire by giving notice. The company is in Chennai and in big office location. Very good office with various features. Salary is paid on time, you dont have to followup like other small contract companies. They identify manager before itself so when getting in project itself you know the person. Easy to connect. free snacks in office. coffee is top notch here. They keep doing HR fun events which is good.

Dislikes

The expectations set when you join and in reality are so different. Hike do not happen. Every year they pick a reason to defer the salary increment cycle by 1 or2 months no arrears paid. They don't have systems in place yet so excel work only. They make slow hiring decisions. My offer came in 2 weeks but they sometimes take longerfor other people. They have invested in practice but when I speak to my account manager for doing POC for a client they did not even bother to respond. This was 4-5 months back. After that my project got over. When hiring they say they say they do work for many clients but when I ask for interview to another project they simply asked me to move away from the job saying no role is there with any client. This is a bad place to work for. Why hire when project is short term. I was just fired with a phone call not even courtesy to meet and tell. DO NOT JOIN for better money. Interview process was very well done. This was 2 years back in 2021. If you have worked you clear. Offer was smooth also.

Initial joining experience was good. Then it became difficult. Company was concentrating on doing interviews and adding people. Thats all. Me and other client billing colleagues asked about doing projects and not just supply people. Manager said just do your work. I was promised that career will grow with focus on skill but we are used as interviewing people only. Mainly we do client projects but no POC kind of work. Just putting people and staffing. My client budget problem came and they gave project release notice june end . I immediately got notice to exit from company. This was 2 month ago. I will exit this month. They have no much project in other account. They cheated when hire. They just do body billing. When time came to project is over they release us. Very bad way this body shopping is happening in this company. All have small time contract and you dont not extension till last date. I got good exposure in the projects I worked. Good salary when joining the company. Not a Pay master but good nevertheless. Good office infrastructure.

Bench policy is bad. Not able to find a project for the bench people HR calls and ask's employees to resign forcefully. This show's the capability of the team. Very less leaves in industry just 18 days. No work life balance. Involve in blame game all the time. Hire and fire they do well. Poor bench ploicy. The company will earn from you but will kick you off as soon as lay off comes. No leave encashment in F&F settlement. You cant carry forward many leaves. Pay rise is not there at all.
