I liked all of it about 1 year ago. Company people was friendly. Company Growing. Training opportunity was there. People treated well. All that changed in 2023 dont know what happened

...nt is blind they themself. Anyways to build your career dont enter this company. Dont jump for salary change. If posisble dont join this office.

Good office set up in chennai. Free snacks (limited times). Salary on time. They have carrom board and tt in office. No support from seniors

I hated all except the above. Poor support from seniors in company. I am a data developer. I was hired for client site project. when client said project over they asked me to resign and leave job. I went and spoke to my account manager. she did not help. I asked can i speak to data skill seniors in company. There is no one in the company like that it seems. In between they called many of us some months back and said there is a data practice we are part of that and they will give growth path. They said we will all be asked to do poc for many clients and interviews and all when needed. Now when I ask account manager she says no one seniors like that. Now without that support I am forced to find another job. Body shopping mentality company. if you dont have projects just dont bring people from outside for small term assignments.

They gave 3.5 lacs additional CTC so I did not join a big India IT company

They offer good salary but there is so much questions about future. I joined in Dec 2021. I was put in a client project. Once they put in client project they wont meet us. So hard to reach anyone in company for payslip doubt insurance doubt. Account Manager was not of help. HR we are able to reach. They also do calls ebery month. problem started this year. No hike came (rs 9000 annual hike for 15 lac salary level). When ask they said company did not make profits so we are giving less hike. They keep on saying many people in company got zero hike but I got some some hike. In appraisal client rated me the best still no hike. Now my project is getting over and company said me to exit same date in october when client is releasing me from project. I myself then asked client for extending, they say they cannot do extending for optimum company resources as we are no more vendor here. I ask manager if they know it before. They said yes, They know this for long time but did not work to look for another project for me. They kept billing and now fired me. Now I am rushing to find a job. Very bad approach by the company.

Good place to work and earn more. They have a very good client relationship. And on time salary process with perfect bonus pattern.

Dislikes

The hierarchy is bit confusing in terms of roles and responsibilities and the designation.
