NONE WORST COMPANY IN THIS WORLD

when working in this company you are literally called and forced to give positive reviews. Truth is even they know none will write good about them. They show that they care but they do not, they are very fake. They do not care about employees career and well being. Not even 10 full time employees they have, this should give one anidea how well they are doing. They play with employee career and life and they feel as if they have done some favour by hiring someone. They also have some dirty play on where they will make adjustments in CTC and show that as bonus amount, contrary to normal practise of bonus amount being additional amount over promised base CTC. All are unpaid interns there, full time employees working 1.5 years have not been given any hike, just made false promises The management & incompetent leaders are only good at manipulation, dirty play, and politics. They misuse individual skills and profiles and do whatever they feel is right even if it does not make any sense - as long as they are saving money they are okay to do everything They unfairly play below industry standards and make false promises and lame excuses to justify their dirty unfair actions.
