Job security was good, untill Covid hit, but now laying off people as business is down. Work culture is fair, but management only values the managers and not lower level executives, company policies so far okiesh.

Dislikes

Management does not care about your portfolio and your expertise. They allot any random work which is out of ones expertise and don't provide guidance on the queries asked, instead I was being criticised for not doing work sincerely and insulted.

Work Details

I was hired for project work. But put into documentation,(preparing SOPs). When I objected, they promised to shift into BDE( area of my interest), but started harassing when I completed documentation and didn't move to BDE too.
