Best working culture for any CMMI 3 level company in Kolkata. Great training environment with great colleagues. Management body good. Work pressure moderate. Lots of opportunity to learn about new technology and process. One of the few CMMI 3 lvl companies works on Amazon AWS

Dislikes

Sprint planning failed to follow many times. Process need to be upgraded. Project Analysis need to improve for projects. Project planning not followed results increase pressure on development timeline.

Generally my work is slightly challenging as I have to work on parallel multiple projects. But get to learn and experience lots of new language and technology.

The projects on which I worked gave me a lot of knowledge about the technology as well as the project which was not related to the computer field. Seniors are always helpful.

Dislikes

Compensation is good but growth is slow. The company is still working on old age technologies whereas the latest versions of similar technology are running in the industry. Sometimes work pressure can be high.

My work was to communicate with the client along with different teams regarding new requirements, bug fixing & software enhancements. In other projects, I had the opportunity to look after the company's in-house tools & maintenance work.

In my case, the growth is slow. the resource allocation system is not up to the mark, some employees get a chance to learn a lot in less time whereas some get not that much opportunity to learn new technologies. The new management is not that much co-operative.
