Recruiter job is not easy, it requires Skill and hard work, that is we say it takes a Minimum 90 days to become perfect in this role. We have Recruiters earning Rs 1 Lakhs to even Rs.3 Lakhs per month. Intact we had a US recruiter earning Rs. 8 Lakhs in a month. But it as work is not easy. You have to learn the skill and work hard.
