Working here is abysmal. You can't expect growth in the company.... Everyone blames eachother of they didn't achieve targets. No appreciations, no guidance, non of the colleagues are supporting eachother. Even accounts team looks like lost in their own world, No on time salaries, huge deductions are there to welcome you. Instead of joining this on commision base, connect with some consultancy and work for them as freelancer that would more sense.
