Don't ever join on commission-based roles, they just hired a pool of recruiters and they choose a profile or two from them and get back your credit commission money also after that the position got closed, that's a great business model, but the worst place to get in, will end up holding nothing, you better work for charity, they don't even give any source like Naukri but suck yours.
