Don't ever join on commission-based roles, they just hired a pool of recruiters and they choose a profile or two from them and get back your credit commission money also after that the position got closed, that's a great business model, but the worst place to get in, will end up holding nothing, you better work for charity, they don't even give any source like Naukri but suck yours.

Working in this organization is a stressful life. Very bad management, head weight team leader, Monday team call meeting is one of the time waste. Very poor management you wont get any fixed salary even you spend 365 days, fake promise of 25000 fixed salary.

Dislikes

The team leader Mr. Mohan Kurhade is a waste fellow never respond to his team members doubts and questions. He is such a useless fellow in optimhire.
