Good working environment and culture in sense of internal organization behaviour. Teammates and Managed is supportive. Cafeteria only with sitting area, no food and tea, coffee facility. Benefits in TO is once or twice in a year, WFH, JT and HI. Great opportunity for positions. Company policies are good. Job security is good.

Salary is descent but increment is less. Growth opportunities is based on only Process Performance and based on old employee. Job training and Refresher training provided to new and tenure. No soft-skill traning which I believe should be must because every employee is capable to speak and take initiative with good ideas and change in company measures. Employee feedback gaining is important because it guides a company to know the lackness to improve and growth to stabilize. No Cab facility for females which is must to be. Pressure is much as the process itself is stubborn from client side. Professionalism in language is less as many speak in Telugu and hindi rather than just being stable with professionally English....Read More

The job I performed was quite interesting! I'm grateful to the management and colleagues for their support. Pandemic made lethargic as it was WFH long period of time and got happy in and aftr IJP and worked with great enthusiasm and liked work
