It is overall a good company. Work-life balance is the best. people often won't leave this company easily.

Dislikes

1. Compensation. It is not bad here, not no so good. especially, increments. 2. Always NO to work from Home. People from management will keep on saying, better take leave than work from home. People from management often do work from home, but they won't allow their engineers to do so. 3. Lesser leaves than the industry standard. You will get just 5 sick leaves in a year, where the industry standard is 10. 4. No Team outings, No lunch outings. or, very less outings compare to the other companies. 5. Zero onsite travel. 6.
