Once you are out of project which happens every now and then they put you on unpaid leave. There is sandwich leave policy and long leave policy. They cancelled all the holidayss after march for whole year. No one can take leave. They expect 2 years to handle work of team lead. Work life balance doesn't exist and they toss in between projects without any kt

It took one day to fire 5 employees from a team.Client wanted to do cost cutting so oodles decided not to pay even for a single day from its end and removed 5 employees during lock down.

Dislikes

so no job safety and company will sack you for no reason even if you are being recognised for your work.And most importantly work life balance doesn't exist.working 11-12 hours is norm but that would be the last thing that will trouble you in this company
