1) No mentorship provided to the fresher in designing team. 2) Aditya who is most senior in designing team is worst person. No manners. Toxic Behavior and always put blame on juniors. 3) Shruti who is manager of design team have habit of not giving feedback to the employee who think are not the most important and at last put blame on those that project is not done properly

While the work environment is great, certain processes could be more streamlined to enhance efficiency. Workload can sometimes be dynamic, requiring good time management. Additionally, more structured training sessions and employee engagement initiatives would be a great addition. That said, the company is evolving and improvements are always in progress.
