Generally they're outsourcing resources. So it's really difficult to give overall review coz it's absolutely about your client company & about your project. For me, I got Ranault project. In my project lots to learn. But it purely depends on your project. You've the freedom to talk to your reporting Manager about your issues & feedbacks so that you can change your client company if you're not satisfied with it....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
