Teammates - Feel pity for them.; Training - waste of aking them, Such a stingy company; Job security - 5%; career growth- even Candidate work for 10 years same position, they depend on only one client; Travel - only you can travel with in india with your own money; politics- its Huge, Bharani TL, Jawaad HR, Krishnan delivery head. Literally i can say they are rulers.. krishnan is number one pathetic pshyco i ever seen in my life. Don't know how the facility manager Srikanth selected him.he fits for Masons job or to cowherd. He don't know any design tools anything.. but he will shout. Such a number one egoistic person. bharani TL is literally a pressure cooker. ; Learning - NIL; Working environment - like a school , you can't get coffee to your work desk.; Innovation- Managers are innovators, have to go behind them.; Work life balance - Forgot your family, they will build pressure and make you mad as soon....Read More

Useless company for freshers and experienced... I advice Jigar metha to please look in to chennai facility. Keeping one client nothing gonna happen. Simply managers and TL s eating your money without taking company to growing path.

Hectic, too much work pressure.. giving 1 week work and kick us to compete in 2 days...Even customer won't demand.
