They hired a person and fired them within 2 months, because they don't have project. If you don't have the project, then why did you hire them? Popular for Hire and Fire Policy, Recently a DGM worked for nearly 2 years, been layed off with 15 days notice by putting in PIP. If their client partnership is over... or project completed then asap they will throw their employees... minus % job security... to waste ur carrier u can join... I have worked for 2 + years... also u won't get leave encashment but they will mention in offer... many fake promises...

Work culture is worst. Company never think about employee. If project is not there they will realeseed you very next day. Too much partiality is there with management and employee.
