In Onward job is secured and in panda mic company pay full salary to employee. If they are deduct of salary, after sometime they payback full deduction as well.

Dislikes

Career Growth is very well. But salary increment not so good. They need to make any such outing event every year for employee for refreshment.

They hired a person and fired them within 2 months, because they don't have project. If you don't have the project, then why did you hire them? Popular for Hire and Fire Policy, Recently a DGM worked for nearly 2 years, been layed off with 15 days notice by putting in PIP. If their client partnership is over... or project completed then asap they will throw their employees... minus % job security... to waste ur carrier u can join... I have worked for 2 + years... also u won't get leave encashment but they will mention in offer... many fake promises...
