Just the thing they give chance to Freshers.. Return they took bond of 3 year service which gives you terrible experience. Do not want to memorize days

Dislikes

No Training, No work life balance. Poor Appraisal & compensation. Worst culture & people Attitude especially HR & Legal.. No career growth. It's client oriented company. They hire employees for harassment.

A person gets some time to learn required skills.

Dislikes

Job security is zero. They blame employee for less client billing. However, it is solely work of sells team to bring new projects & billing. They ask to sign bond or agreement which is one sided (in favor of them). They can terminate employee who is in bond. Appraisal is not given on performance basis. It looks biased.
