Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. To be honest, there's nothing to like about this company except for being used as a second base before your dream job switch but not worth more than 6 months of your time.

Dislikes

One of the worst culture would be working extra hours without compensation. The manager is foul-mouthed and supervisor does nothing but give extra tasks to perform which aren't a part of your job profile and never pays attention to the problems of team members, often gives allocated tasks to someone n takes credit for the same whileabandoning the person who actually did the job. Job security is zero as the manager and supervisor often threat to fire you if you say no to extra work which isn't a part of your job. They deny to let you apply for leave even if you are sick and makes you work almost 12-13 hours everyday. Sometimes, they ask you to login on weekends too without compensation.
