Only b2b wants the newly joined employes to grasp things at a glance no matter how good or poor your grasping skills are. From one point of view it's right but not suitable for all

Washroom is only of 1 feet wherein 1 person can go at a time.. cafeteria is like a tea stall near railway station.. parking allotment is very bad. Be ready with a fine of 500 if u park ur vehicle in a wrong parking. U have to pay the fine no matter weather it's urgent first day in office.. the trainer is rushing to finish of the theshift not bothering how the grasping skills is of the employee. The company consists of 50 people and that to there are instances 10 employees putting papers on the same day... Complete local company doesn't bothers about the employee fun Friday ke Naam pe jabardasti cartoon channel dikhaya Jata hai and then u have to extend ur shift and complete ur work for wasting ur time. Worst experience ever salary on 9th or 6th in the start of the month no proper parking space for employees unlimited extention for no reason if there is no job left in the world then only think of going to only b2b or else plz do go to the hell...
