They don't provide salary on time. You work hard to get incentives but at the time of paying they say they cannot because the client did not pay them. They loose clients because they have bad people at management. They make You extend everyday, toxic company culture.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is no politics to do work and management address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Only b2b wants the newly joined employes to grasp things at a glance no matter how good or poor your grasping skills are. From one point of view it's right but not suitable for all

...s very bad. Be ready with a fine of 500 if u park ur vehicle in a wrong parking. U have to pay the fine no matter weather it's urgent first day in office.. the trainer is rushing to finish of the the shift not bothering how the grasping skills is of the employee. The company consists of 50 people and that to there are instances 10 employees putting papers on the same day... Complete local company doesn't bothers about the employee fun Friday ke Naam pe jabardasti cartoon channel dikhaya Jata hai and then u have to extend ur shift and complete ur work for wasting ur time. Lol
