There’s nothing to like about this organisation. The hierarchy is so bad, full of politics. You’ll be stuck cleaning their dirty work. No appraisal from the managers, no proper work ethics.

The organization mostly takes referral candidates, supports particular religion, and Non-qualified engineering staff and offers them higher salaries. The ONGC management needs to hire development professionals without referrals seriously and never hire the ONGC retired or existing professionals as they make the environment worse to work.
