One8 Commune Kolkata took employee who doesn't know basic service sequence and promoted them when they joined. They took a hostess who was previously a supervisor and promoted her as an Floor Executive and don't give promotion who deserve. Just because she is a girl and good looking??? So its safe to say that skilled professional don't matter in One8 Commune Kolkata. Very poor upper management.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? The best thing in my job is my team.all the team member is so helpful expect manager label .good working place at all condition if able to adjust the politics..

Dislikes

Too much political enviroment ..at working place salary not giving the salary after leaving the property. when they are not provide any kind of offer latter .. No benefits (no cafeteria:- you have to eat stairs either open place) , In Delhi Aerocity 4. Civil line 4. Punjabi Bagh 👎
