Company will give you opportunity to work. I worked with them for a year. Initially I was praised a lot and my work was appreciated but as new people came I was cornered. The company has changes over the years. A lot of good people joined initially and stayed loyal for a very long time. I made some amazing friends for life over there. There was constant work and it added so much to my portfolio. Travelling in domestic or abroad was an added bonus.

Dislikes

Bad work life balance. Both seniors and juniors have same kind of work. Sudden phone calls at midnight for which you have to sacrifice your personal life. Then there are some recent joinees who have joined in senior positions and exploit the people under them. People are regularly hired and fired these days.
