It doesn't work like a corporate company. It's like one local silver shop, and with some stupid supervisors. If the supervisor doesn't like you, you'll be blackmailed, turned out as an outcast, finally give you the mental pressure to leave the company. If you manage above all, they'll still take you out for not doing work by fabricating it. It doesn't have a proper work culture, no job security for the people who work there and their GM, I really have no idea how this guy came up to such position. friendly people, they give lot of time to learn we have full freedom to open up our issues regarding work. Conducting celebration (Holly, pongal, Sports, bay decoration on christmas), 100% learning & knowledge worthy.

Always need proof to take leave. Force to come office even in disaster , also they arrange cab to pickup at the time of disaster
