Salary hike is there but sometimes it gets delayed that's the only thing otherwise everything is good.

This job is quite interesting. Initially I have joined it as Java developer but simultaneously they trained me for Sap Technoloy as well and now I am at good position with multiple skillset.

The company is overall good in all the ascpects. The management peoples are helpful.They always get into touch with consultants directly. It's open to learn new things and it's Implementation. Thr colleagues are also very cooperative and work culture is very friendly.

Overall the company is good. Team members and colleagues are very cooperative and works is collaboration.

Dislikes

The workload in the company is high and compared to that compensation is low. We get an traveling expenses if we go at client location but still basic salary structure is low.

Work Details

Generally I initially joined here for Java, worked on few Java projects. Then afterwards trained on SAP ABAP module for few months and currently working on SAP and if some Java works is about to have I also do that. Overall it's a good experience.
