The most important thing I dislike is that through the past 8 years the company added no actual experience to my career, also they did not invest in me or give me any chance to be promoted to managerial levels. Moreover, I suffered a lot from the amount of pressure like living in an emergency room, and almost all the projects have been developed under pressure, and after that, we spent years to fix what we developed in rush (under pressure). There is no planning, no map, no future security.
