For now work from home, once the company starts calling people to office many people will quit. this co pays money for paid reviews

no increments at all, the company does not believe in salary hikes instead they reduce your salary every 4-5 months or so, same goes for promotions. No senior would listen to you they will do what they want and just worry about their money, no support from senior management again it seems it does not exist. Salary structure is also sketchy, some team/dept are paid more just because they are favorite of senior management. Bascially you would be on your own in this company and be ready for decrease in your salary. Please avoid this company and look for other choices where your work would be appreciated...Read More
