In om logistics cast politics is very harm in working process if employee is related to up Purvanchal Bihar then he is very bad because he is not related to higher officer of om logistics and if you are from hariyana then your every cheat and bad behaviour is good. Cast polics impact is very bad in working place. Pramotion will be gate relative of higher personality not for best performing staf.
