- Identify, target, and engage potential eCommerce/ D2C sellers to onboard them onto the RapidShyp platform.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.
- Present RapidShyps unique value propositions, including our platform’s seamless logistics management, intelligent courier allocation, and post-purchase experience solutions.
- Work with clients to understand their shipping needs, providing tailored solutions to enhance their operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve delivery rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product and marketing, to align strategies and deliver superior client experiences.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the logistics space.
- Meet and exceed business development and revenue targets, while contributing to the overall growth strategy.
- Provide feedback to the product and operations teams to improve service offerings based on client input.
