Technical stack is very restrictive. The development is not very challenging because of in-built framework. After some years will feel like doing same work.

Work policy: Office is closed and will open in hybrid model. But unclear on hybrid model.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
