The best thing about Odessa is their people and the work culture they have. Everyone from the senior leadership to the interns have the ability to share information and ideas which helps freshers and interns feel included right from Day 1.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
