Good to work if you don't have any jobs. But don't expect any perks especially leaves and even annual, casual and sick leaves as well 🙂 If there's an option to disable likes that would be better 😂 anyways 99% was bad impression and 1% good impression about this organization.

Dislikes

No, there's to employee benefits. Only employer benefit exist. And even if you work on development or software related role, you don't get any growth. So don't waste your time instead you can fetch a job with good pay. Because initially in this org, i got the salary of rupees 12000. After one year they provided some incentives but after the reduction of tax and pf you'll get the same initial salary 😂. So don't waste your time in getting job in this company. Instead focus on getting a base salary of 20k that's the minimum salary which is crucial and sufficient to run a family or for your own expenses....Read More

Thank you for your feedback.We’ve consistently communicated that data annotation, while essential, is not typically a high-paying role by itself. That’s why we strongly encourage employees to learn additional skills. We have numerous examples of team members who progressed to managerial positions in about three years and significantly increased their earning potential—often up to ten times their original salary.We provide opportunities for upskilling, but it also requires initiative from employees. Those who take full advantage of the resources available to them often see substantial career advancement. On the other hand, employees who do not engage with these upskilling opportunities may find their growth limited. We are not sure where you stand on this. Concerning leaves, what you have mentioned is completely incorrect. We follow government holidays and even recently there was a 3 days holidays provided for Pongal which is not a standard Industry practice. We have the data to back it up what we say here and happy to provide the data. I also want you to provide the data that we have not provided any annual leaves.
