Good to work if you don't have any jobs. But don't expect any perks especially leaves and even annual, casual and sick leaves as well 🙂 If there's an option to disable likes that would be better 😂 anyways 99% was bad impression and 1% good impression about this organization.

No, there's to employee benefits. Only employer benefit exist. And even if you work on development or software related role, you don't get any growth. So don't waste your time instead you can fetch a job with good pay. Because initially in this org, i got the salary of rupees 12000. After one year they provided some incentives but after the reduction of tax and pf you'll get the same initial salary 😂. So don't waste your time in getting job in this company. Instead focus on getting a base salary of 20k that's the minimum salary which is crucial and sufficient to run a family or for your own expenses....Read More

Nothing more, anyone can join this company with or without degree. They wont require any prior skills and they train you according to their needs.

Dislikes

It is a worst company. There are may AI supporting projects are there , you will asked to get any project and they ask you to give the count if you're giving that you need work for extra hours.
