Good working environment. Good learning experience.

No job security, salary appraisal is after 1 year .No travel allowance , no Saturday off. No proper management.

Work Details

Honestly speaking, my work is not so much hectic. But yes sometimes I have to manage work from home. Project work is more as compare to salary they give. But yes some projects we're challenging which I have never heard the idea.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
