If you are working as a resource for another project, there is no job security for you. You will stay or leave will be dependant on projects they have. if you are lucky enough and they have projects matching your skill, then you are saved. If they do not have projects after your contract with client is over, they will directly start1 month notice. After one month you are released from company. The time entry system is also terrible. You are supposed to log your time on different systems. One for your time punch in punch out, other one for company's internal project time entry.
