NU is an extremely growing environment. An individual would be surrounded with talented, young intellectuals, self motivativated, challengers attitude, dreams and capability to take on the world but down to earth, friendly and humble people. NU won the best startup of Goa award last year. And we totally deserved it.

Dislikes

A bit oversized in the middle. Product deadlines weren't achieved (a bit mismatch on what was pitched to investors and what was achievable in the given time- reason unavailability of a full time product manager), all lead to investors showing their back, salqry delays/cuts, deffrerals, and company had to give up on best in industry employees. Now downsized just enough to stay afloat and survive.

Work Details

Started as a hardware apprentice, became field engineer, lead-deployments. Doesn't end here as my skills were identified and I eventually moved to field Operations and promoted then to Associate Operations. If a fresher from 2016 can grow; why can't you!
