No proper policies drafted for employees. Policies are not at all Employee friendly. No growth or learning development. Monopoly of Management. People hired are extremely unprofessional and the company still operates like a Start up. They fire in a glimpse.

It's a US Based company. Hence, most of the entire workforce works from 5PM to 2AM IST. Terrible worklife balance.

No job security nothing..HRs also would be puppets in front of the managers..if manager not satisfied with our work, our last month would be started..even if company offers good package, don't tempt as our job would be under risk..

We need to sacrifice our personal life for our work and we should put our job at risk as there are fully politics..though raise our concerns with managers, no action would take ..more over consequences can come to us badly..
