All unethical way of work is followed here. Micromanagement at peak especially by top management and note this company will no where people will run away. HR team is just a puppet who shakes head for what operations tell and never support employees or talk for employees. No big projects and they run this company with only 2 or 3 clients and even that project not sure how long will it run. So freelancing is also most welcome here. Any government agency can do audit of this company and find what is all being cheated. Guys just get away from this company and secure your job with at a good safe company. If your project is over or client says one day you are not good they throw you out in a day or two and this is true here. Night shifts can be expected in most of projects. In IT this company works in night shift as they cheat customer that their resource is in Mexico or Chile or US. So please dont get your career ruined even if you are junior or senior . No proper planning in the company, filling up the timesheet is more important than completing the task. No proper KT provided to work and we need to bug the people to get there slots for clearing the doubts. Senior most persons who know end to end of the infrastructure, used to tell go though the documentations for every doubts which shows their unprofessional to work here.

As being part of this organization, they have a clear vision and projects. They make sure that we have the understanding of the project and acquire the skillset of ours and utilize it in the project. Timings are flexible, and we have good project managers. We have training in different technologies if we are interested. Management team are quite understanding and helps us timely.
