Although it may not be a one-size-fits-all approach, we are carefully screening and hiring candidates who we believe are the best fit. Please note that the time sheet entry is to calculate bonuses effectively. Most of our employees make 30-50% of bonus in addition to their salary, and a timesheet helps in calculating these overtime work easily. When it comes to individuals, we firmly believe in autonomy and ownership. We strive to provide a space to learn and grow hence we expect employees to work independently without the aid of KT. Above all, we expect everyone to speak up their concerns internally to make an impact in real-time rather than quitting on us.
