Job Description: Data Analytics Lead

The Data Analytics Lead will oversee the standardization and delivery of reporting for the Digital Fulfilment Excellence initiative. This role is essential to integrate multiple data platforms, centralize data in Snowflake, and deliver actionable business insights through a unified reporting framework. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of reporting solutions with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Standardize and deliver multiple reports from various system such as MAO, WM, BI etc.
• Consolidate and centralize data from MAO SCI, Sound Commerce, and other sources into Snowflake.
• Leverage the Robling data model for optimized reporting and analytics.
• Use Microstrategy to create dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Partner with business units to define reporting requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and updates to key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics and reporting.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Robling data models, and Microstrategy.
• Strong SQL expertise for querying and analysis.
• Experience with data integration from multiple platforms (e.g., MAO SCI, Sound Commerce).
• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or fulfilment operations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with fulfilment, inventory, and logistics data.
• Experience with Sound Commerce dashboards and MAO data insights.
