Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer & Administrator to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall administration and optimization of our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Salesforce administration, possess excellent communication skills, and be adept at problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles in Salesforce.
• Create and deactivate user accounts as needed.
• Modify user permissions and establish user groups.
• Create and manage data import/export processes using tools such as Data Loader and Salesforce Connect.
• Administer the Salesforce environment, including managing security settings.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to optimize system performance.
• Have knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud functionalities.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura components.
• Understand the Salesforce platform deeply, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, flows, approval processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer & Administrator in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Assignment Rules.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura components, and integration frameworks.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a prompt and effective approach.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
